Brinjal Fry
Ingredients:
Brinjal medium size - 3-4
Garlic- 1/2 pod
Chilli powder- 2-3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder -1 teaspoon
Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste.
Method:
Cut the brinjal into round shape and wash well.
Crush garlic and powder the fennel seeds.
Marinate brinjal with chilli powder, turmeric powder,crushed garlic and fennel powder with salt for half an hr.
In a frying pan, shallow fry the brinjal in slow flame.
This simple fry is done!
Note: Make sure that there is no water left in brinjal before marination.
