Crispy Karela Fry (Bitter Gourd Fry)

Ingredients:

Bitter Gourd - 2 thinly sliced (medium size long)
Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Tumeric powner - 2 teaspoon
Hing (asafoetida powder)- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Besan - 3 tablespoon
Rice flour - 2 tablespoon

Method:

Marinate bitter gourd with all powders and salt for an hr.

Add besan, rice flour and mix well to deep fry in oil. Garnish with curry leaves.

Crispy fried snack is too yummy for your taste buds without its bitterness.
