Channa Masala
Ingredients:
White channa - 1 cup boiled
Onions blended-1-2 no's medium size
Ginger Garlic crushed  -1 tablespoon 
Tomatoes - 1 medium size
Jeera- 1/2 teaspoon 
Cinnamon stick - 1-2 small
Cardamom -1
Clove - 1-2
Chilli powder - 2-3 teaspoon 
Corriander powder - 1-2 teaspoon 
Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon 
Corriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a pressure cooker /pan pour oil and temper with jeera ,spices and saute onion,ginger,garlic and finally add tomatoes once all turn soft.
Add chilli powder,corriander powder and turmeric and fry till the raw smell goes. Salt according to your taste.
Finally add the boiled channa with water according to the gravy consistence to pressure for a whistle.
Garnish with corriander leaves to have the tasty channa masala with bhatura or your all time fav puri's.
Note: if the masala powders are soaked in little water and added the gravy will more tasty and thick.
