Corn Kababs
Ingredients:
Sweet corn (frozen corn kernels can be used)- 250 gms
Bread crumbs - 1 & half cup ( normal bread grinded in mixie)
Carrot grated and beans chopped - 1 cup
Pepper powder -1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Preparation method:
The corn kernels need to be mashed in a mixer and add bread crumbs to it.
In a kadai, saute chopped beans n grated carrot till the raw smell is gone and add pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder n salt too. Mix all the ingredients along with the corn n bread crumbs.
Make like small balls and flaten it little thick and deep fry in oil.
Tasty yummy corn kababs are ready to eat just like that.
