Onion Tomato Curry

Ingredients :

Onion : 2 medium
Tomato : 2 medium
Green Chillies : 1
Chilli powder : 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder : 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Sugar : 1/2 teaspoon

For seasoning :
Oil - 1 teaspoon, Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon, fennel seeds/perum jeerakam - 1/2 teaspoon , curry leaves.

Preparation method :

In a frying pan, pour oil and temper with mustard and fennel seeds . Add sliced onion to saute till soft then add chopped tomatoes,green chillies and curry leaves.. Once everything is fried add chilli powder,turmeric powder,sugar and salt.
Boil till the gravy is thick.

Easy and tasty gravy is ready to have with chappathi/phulkas.
