Thengapaal Curry (Coconut milk curry)

Ingredients:

Onion sliced : 2 medium
Tomato : 2 medium
Green chillies : 2
Ginger garlic crushed : 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder : 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Corriander powder : 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds / Perum jeerakam : 1/2 teaspoon
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
Coconut milk - 2-3 cups including 1st n 2nd milk.
Oil for tempering

Preparation :
In a kadai, pour oil and add fennel seeds,onions,ginger garlic crushed ,tomato, chillies chopped and curry leaves. Saute well till everything is fried well and soft.
Then add chilli powder,turmeric,corriander powder,pepper powder and salt to taste. Finally add 2nd and 1st coconut milk and keep stirring till it boil.

Note : Keep stirring the curry once taken out from the stove to avoid curdling.

Enjoy this spice less curry with appam /idiyappam.
