Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Warm water to mix the dough

Masala filling-

Boiled potato - 2 medium size
Green chilli chopped - 1 teaspoon
Corriander leaves chopped - 1
tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry methi leaves - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Preparation

Mash the boiled potato and mix all the ingredients of filling masala together and keep aside.

Make the dough as preparing for chappathis and keep it for half an hr.

Make balls little bigger than normal chappathi.

Roll the chappathi half and put the filling in center and fold it to make like a ball. Dust the flour and roll to bigger size.

Put the paratha in tawa and fry both sides in medium flame with putting little oil on top of it.

Enjoy smacky aloo paratha with pickle or as it is.
