Puffed rice Balls

Ingredients

Puffed rice - 4 cups
Jaggery - 4 pcs
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 1 cups

Preparation

Melt Jaggery in water and boil till its thick as syrup in 1 string consistency.

Add cardamom powder and keep stirring .

Finally add the puffed rice and keep stirring till the syrup is coated fully.

Turn off the stove and wait for 2-3 minutes to make into balls.

Note - Make sure to make the balls immediately when taken it is hot itself. But ensure its done in tolerable heat. Else you may burn hands since the syrup is in boiling heat.
