Pepper Murukku

Ingredients

Raw rice - 2 cups
Roasted gram (Pottukadala)- 1 cup
Pepper corns crushed - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 2-3 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Preparation

Soak the rice for 3-4 hrs and powder it. Powder the roasted gram as well.

Mix rice flour and butter well then add roasted gram powder also into the mix with salt to taste.

Finally add the crushed pepper corns and knead well as not hard.

Press trough sev machine directly to hot oil and fry it till its done.

Tasty crunchy tea time snack is ready.
